As a child I always knew I wanted to be an artist. Over the years I realized the art I wanted to create was in the kitchen. I moved to Los Angeles to become a chef and I attended culinary school at the American Culinary Federation Accredited Culinary Arts Program at Los Angeles Trade Technical College in downtown Los Angeles. I worked in fine dining, production catering, held the title of Executive chef, and now I am following my dream to work for myself!
